All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth video platform.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session fee will be charged.

I am currently able to accept OHP Trillium insurance for counseling or evaluations.

I am a private pay or out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. I am happy to provide clients with a receipt of service (“superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please confirm with your insurance provider that this is an option on your plan. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
