All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth video platform.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session fee will be charged.

I will be able to accept Moda plans beginning in November 2026.

I am currently a private pay or out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. I work with a biller who can check and submit for any reimbursable benefits on your behalf. Alternatively, I can accept cash payment and provide you with a superbill. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
